panna cotta with chocolate ... CORBEZZOLO! JULIA CHILD MANIA




INGREDIENTS 250 gr milk 250 gr

fresh cream 200 g dark chocolate
4 tablespoons sugar
3 sheets of gelatin
fresh fruit and decorations according to your imagination


PROCEDURE
Boil milk, cream and sugar. Meanwhile chop the chocolate and soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Melt the chocolate in milk. Add gelatin and stir drained and squeezed. Aluminum mold lined with plastic wrap. If you have silicone molds do not need cover. Pour the mixture into molds and let cool for 2 / 3 hours.
Serve and decorate with fresh fruit, granulated sugar, hazelnut or vanilla sauce.
