INGREDIENTS
cobs (qty as you like!)
parsley salt, pepper
oil
lemon
PROCEDURE
Wash the corn cobs, cook them for about ten minutes in a pan with a little water. Remove from heat, and try to remove the upper body, cutting with scissors. Prepare a sauce of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. You may want to add some chopped fresh chilli finely. Let refrigerate for at least a couple of hours so that flavor. Serve as an appetizer ... bon appetit!
