INGREDIENTS
shrimp (10 each)
cob (3 each)
Fossa cheese sprinkled
paccheri type pasta or squid (100 g each)
parsley
garlic onion oregano
ginger
chilli salt and white pepper
oil
white wine to evaporate
PROCEDURE
Wash the seafood. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with oil. Do brown garlic and onion finely chopped. Add oregano, red pepper and ginger. Skip the seafood on both sides. When they have browned, deglaze with white wine. Add salt and pepper. Evaporate and cook for 5 / 6 minutes. In the meantime you have cooked the pasta in salted water. When the pasta is al dente in the sauce and mix the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, finely chopped. Serve and serve with a heavy snowfall of Fossa cheese ... but who said that the cheese goes well with fish ?!??! Try it!
